Oral Presentation Guidelines

1. Time Allocation

*Please strictly adhere to the schedule to ensure the program remains on track.

2. Preparation & Submission

• Format: Use PPT or PDF. Ensure files are compatible with standard systems and use common fonts/symbols.
• Media: If your slides contain movies, ensure they are properly formatted and linked.
• Backup: Bring files on a virus-free USB drive and email a backup copy to yourself for emergency access.

3. On-site Procedures

• Check-in: Meet your Session Chair in the assigned room 10 minutes before the session starts to upload your slides.
• Equipment: Rooms are equipped with a laptop (MS PowerPoint/Adobe Reader), projector, screen, laser pointer, and microphone.
• Personal Laptops: If using your own device, please test the connection with the projector before the session begins.
