Online Presentation Guidelines

2. Oral & Video Presentations

• Live Presentation: Search your Paper ID in the program for your assigned time. Arrive at the ZOOM room prior to your schedule. 3 minutes are allotted for Q&A/Discussion.
• PPT Design: Must include Conference Logo on each slide. The first slide must show the Title, Presenter, and Affiliation.
• Pre-recorded Video: If unable to present live, submit an .mp4 video via email by the deadline (25 May, 2026).
• Certification: Electronic certificates will be issued via email after the conference.

3. Online Poster Presentations

• Specifications: Single-page PDF format. Header must display the Conference Logo and Paper ID.
• Display: Posters will be available on the conference website starting 7 June, 2026.

4. Important Notice

• Publicity: Online presentations are public and citable. Ensure your data is appropriate for public disclosure.
• Etiquette: Attendees are expected not to download or cite works in progress without the presenter's permission.
