Brief Introduction: Hadj Bourdoucen is a Professor at ECE Department, Sultan Qaboos University. Obtained his PhD degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France. Worked at a number of universities and joined Sultan Qaboos University in 1998 where he served as Head of Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (2002-2007), Director of communication and information research center (2009-2017) and then Dean of College of Engineering (2017-2020).
